All three events are delivered with guaranteed security, coordinated through multi-agency operations including local formations and emergency response teams. They are fully backed by the respective state governments and supported by the Federal Ministry of Arts, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy.

Physical attendance will be limited to ensure safety and exclusivity, while unlimited virtual tickets allow audiences worldwide to join live and experience the Sahara, Mambilla Plateau, and Yankari Game Reserve in real time.

A portion of proceeds from ticket sales will be dedicated to social development initiatives in the host communities, ensuring that each event leaves a lasting positive impact while promoting tourism, culture, and local enterprise.
